Return Eligibility

  • You received the wrong item or order.

Important:

  • Items that are worn, washed, or damaged due to customer handling will not be accepted for return or refund.
  • Final sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Processing and Refund Timeline

  • Returns are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. For card payments, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
